Who We Are
Founder of Free Our Girls’, Megan Lundstrom holds a BS in Finance and is currently pursuing her MA in Sociological Theory. Megan is a trained facilitator in prevention curriculum My Life My Choice, and intervention curriculum Ending the Game. Additionally, Megan is a Survivor Consultant for the Department of Homeland Security, and contracts with Larimer County’s CSEC MDT as a Consultant. A happily married mother of three, Megan enjoys speaking, writing, and traveling with her family.

Connie Mitchell, MA, LPCC, is currently in private practice at Freedom's Hope Counseling where she focuses on Mind Control; Spiritual Abuse/Religious Trauma; High-Demand Group Recovery/Cult Recovery; Post-traumatic Stress; Depression; Anxiety; Abuse and Trauma. She is a trained in: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Collaboration in the Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and is an Ending The Game of sex trafficking coercion resiliency facilitator. In addition to her therapy practice, she provides individual and group counseling, and clinical intakes and assessment at SummitStone Health Partners.
